This introductory information session is designed to provide the basic facts about starting a small business in NSW.  It also encourages participants to seriously consider their commitment to starting a business.

Outcomes include

• Review of "Starting a Business" Checklist - the Research and Establishment Phases
• Discussion of the benefits and challenges of being self-employed
• Start-up procedures - ABN, Business Name, Insurance, etc.
• Useful resources for helping you start and grow your business
